In this post, I’m going to show you the right way to use peppermint oil for muscle pain, trust me when I tell you that it’s very efficient!
I used to suffer from terrible knee problems in the past, and although this is not related to muscle pain, it was extremely painful to me, and as I have written just some few lines ago, I used to suffer from this problem a lot, well, when I started applying peppermint oil on my knee, the pain simply disappeared!
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not talking here about permanent solutions, in the end, I had to have surgery performed on my knee in order to heal it, but let me tell you that for temporary relief, peppermint oil is amazing, and whether you are suffering from muscle pain or any other pain, such as joint problems, it’s going to help you a lot, and it’s going to give you amazing results very quickly.
I’m not saying here that peppermint oil is going to solve your problem, if you are suffering from internal inflammations, then, you need to seek professional help, in other words, you need to consult with a doctor as soon as possible because peppermint oil is never going to help you heal completely, it’s only going to increase blood flow in your muscles which is going to get rid of the pain almost immediately, however, this doesn’t mean that peppermint oil isn’t a fantastic solution, it will provide you with a fantastic relief and most importantly, it’s going to get rid of your pain almost immediately.
So, without further ado, here is how you can use peppermint oil for muscle pain:
Every day, twice, I want you to take one teaspoon of olive oil to which you are going to add six drops of peppermint oil, and simply massage your muscles with it.
This may seem like a very simple solution, and yes, it is extremely simple, but it’s going to reduce your pain almost immediately, and most importantly, it’s going to reduce healing time, one more very important thing, for me, I prefer that you simply add half of ground aspirin tablets, it will improve your blood circulation as well and also get rid of different kinds of pain.
My knee pain has vanished very quickly after using this technique, but I doubt that most people have the time to do so, but if you do, simply take half a pill of aspirin and grind it, then, mix it with your olive oil and peppermint oil mixture, then, simply apply onto your muscles while massaging very gently for a minimum of five minutes.
Then, when you are done, I want you to simply cover using a band aid for twenty-five minutes, then, using a dry piece of paper towel, I want you to wipe out excess fats, this way, you are going to feel great about yourself and you will avoid the oily skin feeling we all hate.
