In this post, I’m going to show you how to use peppermint oil for gas, which is extremely efficient and very beneficial as well, and unfortunately, most people simply don’t know about this amazing solution, they just think that’s essential oils, including peppermint oil, are only good for aromatherapy, but the reality is that they are extremely beneficial for a lot of other symptoms and health problems.

Most people are completely clueless when it comes to their gastric issues, they think that they have gastric problems such as constipation , gas and bloating because they are suffering from bacterial problems, but the reality is that it’s caused by their diets!

What I’m saying here is very important for you to understand, if you’d like to get rid of gas and bloating, then, you need to take good care of your diet, and the best way to do so is to increase your fiber intake to a maximum.

I personally do not suffer from gas or bloating, in fact, I feel amazing every single day because I take huge… on a daily basis, in fact, every morning! And trust me, I feel extremely happy about my health.

Yes, I want you to have large bowel movements on a daily basis! Trust me, you are going to feel amazing afterwards.

This is what I want you to do as well, I want you to start consuming lots of fiber rich foods on a daily basis, especially beans, whole bread, and most importantly, lots of fruits and vegetables, they are your most valuable friends to getting rid of gas and bloating.

With this said, let me show you right now how you can use peppermint oil to get rid of gas and bloating as well.

Trust me, it’s very easy as well and extremely efficient.

First of all, you will need to prepare this fantastic herbal tea: simply take one cup of hot water to which you are going to add a quarter of a teaspoon of ground cumin and one teaspoon of dried thyme.

Mix everything very well and simply let it brew for a minimum of fifteen minutes, then, enjoy, do this once a day, especially in the morning, it’s going to help you tremendously when it comes to your gas or bloating problems, and please, if you are suffering from terrible gastric issues, then, you can drink this fantastic tea whenever you feel the need to.

Now, here is the peppermint oil part:

Simply take one drop of peppermint oil and one drop of almond oil and mix them together, then, simply apply on the tip of your index and massage your belly with it.

It’s very powerful and it’s also going to help you feel a warm feeling all over your stomach which is going to get rid of gas and bloating almost immediately.

Please, if you have a question or a comment when it comes to using peppermint oil for gas and bloating, don’t hesitate to ask me in the section below, I will be very happy to help you.
