Simply take two drops of lavender oil and mix them with two drops of almond oil, then, I want you to simply massage your feet with this very powerful essential oil blend.

Now, when you have applied lavender oil to your feet, I simply want you to go to bed, turn off TVs, computers, mobile phones, and please, try to make your room pitch black, if there are people around you, simply ask them to quiet down a little, this is very important in order to sleep very well.
