You will discover in this post an amazing way to use lavender and rosemary oil for hair growth, believe me when I tell you that it’s very efficient and it’s also extremely cost-effective.
And needless to tell you, you need to pay careful attention when using essential oils, although they are going to increase hair growth, you need to be aware of your actions.
What I mean by cost-effective is that it doesn’t cost a lot to grow your hair using lavender and rosemary oil, in fact, I have used such techniques in the past, I have used lots of essential oils when it comes to my hair growth, and trust me, they were amazing, they increased my hair growth tremendously and even better, they stopped my hair loss!
Of course, losing about 50 to 100 hairs a day is no big deal, but the hair loss I’m talking about was something like losing a handful of hair on a daily basis!
In the past, I used to suffer from terrible alopecia, it made me depressed, and I was even thinking about hair implants!
Well, after studying essential oils and their uses, and most importantly, after tweaking my diet and starting to consume anti-inflammatory foods on a daily basis, I was able to get rid of my alopecia very efficiently, and most importantly, I was able to understand the uses of essential oils, such as lavender and rosemary oil, trust me, they are very powerful when it comes to your hair growth.
Now, here is right way to use them:
Every day, for a minimum of three consecutive months, I want you to prepare the following mixture, and if you would like to, you can prepare it in advance, in other words, once a week, it’s extremely convenient, and this is what I used to do in the past as well:
Simply take two tablespoons of olive oil to which you are going to add one teaspoon of lavender oil and half a teaspoon of rosemary oil, then, mix everything, to which you are going to add one teaspoon of peppermint oil and five drops of tea tree oil.
Both peppermint oil and tea tree oil are fantastic against bacteria and funguses already in your scalp, and are going to help you treat scales, dandruff, and your itchy scalp. In my situation, I used to suffer from terribly itchy scalp, however, if you do not suffer from an itchy scalp or fungal or bacterial issues, then, you can omit tea tree oil and peppermint oil, but personally, I advise you to use them, they are going to increase hair growth tremendously.
When you are done, put everything in a dark glass container, and on a daily basis, I simply want you to apply two teaspoons to your scalp, make sure you massage very gently, when you are done, wait for about twenty-five minutes, and then rinse your hair using your favorite shampoo and warm water.
