In this post, I’m going to show you the right way to use peppermint oil as muscle relaxer, believe me when I tell you that it’s very efficient, it doesn’t cost a lot, and even better, it’s going to relax all your body.

When I went to the doctor and talked about this, he told me that I was using too much, in fact, I was using nearly 1 teaspoon a day on my scalp!
So, here is what I want you to do if you are suffering from pain in your muscles:
Every day, for a maximum of four consecutive days, I want you to use a quarter of a teaspoon of peppermint oil and mix it with two teaspoons of olive oil, preferably use a bottle sprayer, then, simply spread all over your muscles, the sore ones, and keep massaging very gently for a minimum of fifteen minutes, this is the reason why I highly recommend that you get the help of someone, it’s very powerful to use peppermint oil this way.
When you are done, cover everything with a band aid and wait for a minimum of twenty-five minutes, then, get rid of as much fat with a clean paper towel as possible, this will help you a lot relax your muscles and make them regain tension and strength again.
