In this post, I will show you exactly how you can use lavender oil for sleep, in other words, when using my technique, you are going to sleep better and most importantly, you are going to sleep faster!

What I’m saying here is very important for you to understand, lavender oil is no friendly substance, it can cause lots of itchiness, scales, and even hair loss if you use it the wrong way, on the other hand, if you stay away from ingesting it and using it the wrong way, and only apply it with a carrier oil, don’t worry, we will talk about this later on in this post, you are not only going to fall asleep faster, but you are also going to stay away from its terrible side effects and most importantly, you are going to feel amazing about yourself.

So, without further ado, here is how to use lavender oil for sleep:

Now, let me show you my technique:
So, every night, for a maximum of seven consecutive days, yes, this is very important so as not to create any addiction, I want you to simply take two drops of lavender oil and mix them with two drops of almond oil, then, simply apply onto your feet, massage them!
